4 – 6 Tbsps honey
4 – 6 Tbsps maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp soy sauce
½ tsp vinegar (not white)
1 cup (or more) cocoa powder
Cut avocados in half and remove pit. Scoop avocado into a food processor or mash. Add honey, maple syrup, vanilla, soy and vinegar. Blend until very smooth.
Add cocoa powder a half cup at a time and blend until smooth. Add more cocoa powder for a darker chocolate and less for a milkier chocolate.
Optional: add ground cocoa beans or nibs and blend.
Can be served layered in a parfait or wine glass with fresh berries and mint or spread into a prepared pie crust.
