1 full bunch of kale, washed, stems cut off and sliced 1/2 in wide.

3 cloves of garlic, chopped

1 – 2 Tbsp coconut oil

½ red pepper thinly sliced

Bragg’s All Natural Seasoning or Tamari – seasoning to taste

Melt oil in a large skillet; add garlic and sauté for 2 – 3 minutes. Add red pepper and sauté for 1 min, add kale.

Sauté until just wilted, pour on Bragg’s or Tamari to taste.

Serve.
